City stroll
This abstract landscape painting is inspired by the heat of summer sunsets in my home city.
Layers of acrylic ink and paint in yellows, orange and magenta combine with loose line work and stencilling to create an abstract artwork.
The Warm Sunsets art series is inspired by summer evening walks to and from the beach in my home city of Brighton.
The painting continues around the edges of the canvas. “City stroll” can be free-standing but is also ready to hang. This piece will work well in a wall collection or on a shelf. It is finished with a satin varnish that enhances and protects the colours.
